General Requirements for the Programme

• The applicant should be the citizen (national) of a donor country (though there are few countries which sponsor the nations of the developing countries).
• The applicant should normally and ideally be under the age of 32.
• The applicant needs to have an advanced university degree and must possess proficiency in English.
• The applicant should minimum have two years of relevant work experience.
