Eligibility Requirements for the UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship

Interested candidates are required to meet the University College London scholarship requirements. They can be from any country outside the United Kingdom but must fulfill all of the following requirements:

Applicants must be eligible to pay the overseas tuition fee rate
They must come from a low-income background
They have submitted an admission application for a full-time bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree at UCL in the academic year 2026-27

Scholarship Amount, Benefits, and Duration

Under the UCL scholarship undergraduate program, scholarships are available for 2026-27. Up to 33 scholarships will be offered to international students in 2026-27, including:

10 Scholarships: They will cover candidates’ full tuition fees, a maintenance allowance, and a fixed allowance for additional costs, such as visa fees and immigration health surcharge. The exact amounts for the maintenance and fixed allowances will be notified to the successful candidates at a later date.

20 Scholarships: They will cover tuition fees only.

3 Scholarships: They will provide coverage for full-tuition fees specifically for students from India.

Note: The scholarship will be conferred and valid for the standard duration of the undergraduate degree program.

Selection Criteria for the UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship 2026

This scholarship opportunity will be provided to students based on their financial need. If they are shortlisted, they will be required to provide financial evidence, usually around mid of May 2026.
