Get ready to raise your applications for Russian Government Scholarships announced for all international students who would like to study in Russia for free at most reputable and top-ranked universities. The applications are now being accepted. The application period has started off from 15th September 2021, and will continue till 10th December 2021. The scholarships are being offered by The Open Doors International Olympiad (The Association of Global Universities) in collaboration with Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudichestvo).
