  • You have lately (recently) completed your university studies at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
  • Since the language proficiency in English is required, you need to be proficient in this language. If you are proficient in other IFAD official languages, it will be an asset. If there is a case that the interns are recruited in IFAD country office locations, their fluency in the main country language could be required.
  • Your age needs to be 30 or younger. The EIP particularly has been designed to increase the geographic distribution of staff at the International Fund for Agricultural Development and is open to applicants (candidates) meeting the above eligibility standards and whose base is not Rome (who are not based in Rome).
